Polystyrene Insulation
Expanded polystyrene foam is a load bearing and shirk absorption capacity insulation. they have low thermal conductivity and are non ducting and easy to fabricate and install. Polystyrene comparing to other insulation like fibreglass or polyutherene board is lower in thermal conductivity and high in insulating efficiency, high moisture resistance, and low in cost. Once it is installed properly it will last forever without losing its own properties.
EPC is light weight, reduces handling hazels, stable in dimensions and does not wrap or bend. They are versatile in both hot and cold insulation, pipe insulation with pipe sections, under ad over deck insulation with added density sheets, wall insulation in cold storages and more.
Polystyrene are supplied in different densities of 15 kg/m cube to 40 kg/m cube. Polystyrene pipe sections are used to safeguard pipes from outer atmosphere to avoid exposure from the environment. This allows retaining the temperature inside the pipe. MS pipes are used to circulate cold water, low temperature chemicals and warm fluids.
