Calcium Silicate Boards and pipe sections

Calcium silicate is a high temperature, lightweight ,abuse resistant, asbestos free and efficient industrial thermal insulant. They are composed of hydrous calcium silicate with reinforced fibres. It is available as rigid block form in slabs, preformed pipe sections, bevelled lags and powder. They are high performance, easy to install material which has excellent physiothermal properties even after welting and drying.

Santura engineering provides high quality calcium silicate which conforms to IS 8154/ IS 9428, BS 3958 Part II and ASTM C-533 specification. Our calcium silicate has low thermal conductivity, high compressive strength and low shrinkage, which provides ideal insulation or up to a service temperature of 1100C to deliver a cost effective solution.

Applications of Calcium Silicate.
