Testing & Certification of refractory anchors

Santura engineering guarantees correct material delivery, best quality, best price and fast deliveries. We believe in giving our customers 100% satisfaction in respect to every refractory anchor delivery. Every material ordered by us goes through extensive quality procedures during various development stages. These testing procedures and performed in-house as well as at NABL approved labs. Customers can ask for al certificates with each order.

PMI Testing

Positive material identification is an X-Ray technology to determine the grade of material. This is a mandatory test carried out by Santura for every order. As soon as we receive our raw material we test then with PMI machine. The same test is repeated at the final staged of inspection. This report can be submitted to the customers if mutually agreed upon.

Hardness testing

We perform hardness test on our raw or finish material if required by our customers or if specified in quotation. Below are the test carried out:

• Corrosion testing
• Impact testing
• Tensile strength testing
• Proof load test
• And any other test specified by customers.
• These tests can be witnessed by you or external agencies.

Certification

Every refractory anchor order is backed up by necessary certificated at every stage of manufacturing. These certificates can be presented to our clients when required.

• Original material mill certificate

• Heat treatment or solution annealing certificates.
