Casing Sandwiched Panels
Santura engineering has the space and facilities to fabricate a sandwiched casing panel for boiler applications. The entire components (casing, liner plates, gaskets, accessories) required to make the panel are manufactured, fabricated and assembled in house.
Process design:
- The casing is fit up of sheet according to the drawings and welded to make a flat surface.
- Onto the plate structural supports are welded
- The components are then taken for LDP test.
- Then they are sand blasted
- After sand blasting they are painted according to the drawing.
- Stud welding is carried out on the surface
- Ceramic blankets are added and packed with speed washers.
- Liner plates are placed.
- Edges are prepared and marked for gas flow, etc.
- The panel are packed.
- A transportation skid is fabricated and panel is loaded onto them.
